Her tweet received many replies, many of them advocating for XRP and disagreeing specifically with its mention of XRP as security.
Rippler A user named “Anarchist, I understand you have a vision and I want it to be successful but it is so sad that you have become what you are fighting for, spreading lies, burning the whole world! Of course, XRP is not a security token.. You prove it by using the token.”
Another said, “I think Professor Faust has no idea about the definition of security in crypto.. Let me train you a little. First, Ripple has never had an ICO.. Second, the XRP ledger is highly decentralized. Third, XRPL operates independently of Ripple. Even if Ripple goes, the ledger continues to work.”
However, the most interesting and oddly funny comment came from someone who likened Wright to the governor from The Walking Dead.
Despite all the rebuttals, Wright does not give up on his ideas. He also replied to some: “First, the Howey Test is conclusive.. Second, who cares how much time the non-security layer spends where? XRP is a security token.”
