Making a name for itself in the electronics and white goods industry Vestel Elektronik has acquired two more important British white goods companies. Sitting at the table with Crosslee PLC, the company made a move to increase its power in the market by purchasing Hostess and White Knight, the British white goods giant.
Indicating that the transfer process has been completed in the European Union, the company stated that the transactions are still continuing in other countries outside the European Union.
